Making something old new again

I always look for old chandeliers at yard sales but rarely see one this great. It was the perfect size and shape to make a candle chandelier!

I wish I would have taken a "before" picture, but at least I got one during.

I ripped out all the wiring, took it all apart and cleaned it with acetone and then painted it black (black paint and a glue gun can fix just about everything.




With the addition of citronella votives . . it makes a GREAT patio or garden chandelier. I think I will hang it from a tree on side patio (I'll post a pic when I do.
